Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept standard returns at this time due to the nature of our products. However, if you experience an issue with your order, you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a review of your case.

To request assistance, please contact us at contact@stripsx.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request additional information such as photos or other proof to evaluate the situation.

Each case is reviewed individually. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request photographic evidence of the issue in order to process a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of consumable dietary supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned.

For health and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns for ingestible products, including oral supplement strips, unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your request is approved after review, we may offer a replacement product or refund depending on the situation.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

However, due to health protection and hygiene reasons, this right may not apply to sealed consumable products that have been opened after delivery.

To exercise your right of cancellation, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

If your request is approved after review, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.

Refunds will only be issued when sufficient proof is provided and the claim is considered valid.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
