Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. We currently ship only within the United States.

Orders are fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment partner and shipping provider. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the available shipping methods below.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping
USPS Ground Advantage – $4.50
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

Express Shipping
USPS Priority – $9.00
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once an order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, including delays caused by weather, holidays, or logistical issues.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the delivery of the shipment.

If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need assistance, you may contact us at contact@stripsx.com, and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@stripsx.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the situation.

Our products are dietary supplements and are currently available for shipping only within the United States.
